M&A Senior Analyst

Job Description Job Description As an M&A Senior Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving the full lifecycle of M&A transactions. Working closely with the M&A leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities, performing in-depth market and financial analyses, supporting deal execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • End-to-End Deal Execution: Support M&A lead through the entire M&A process, from assessment to closing, with increasing autonomy. • Market & Target Screening: Conduct research to identify acquisition targets and evaluate strategic fit within the TIC sector. • Pipeline & Deal Tracking: Manage and report on the M&A deal pipeline for Investment Committee alignment. • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop financial models and perform valuations, collaborating with regional finance teams to inform strategic decisions. • Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with external partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. • Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Participate in due diligence, analyzing financial, operational, and legal documents. • Business Case Development: Create compelling acquisition business cases for senior stakeholders. • Negotiation & Transaction Support: Collaborate with internal teams on negotiations and synthesize findings into actionable insights. • Pre-Integration Planning: Coordinate with Post-Merger Integration teams to ensure a smooth handoff. Skills/Qualifications • Ability to pay strict attention to details. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Possession of excellent project management skills. • Ability to work with high energy and a sense of urgency. • Ability to work successfully with a team in a dynamic environment. • Confident in leading meetings with executive stakeholders, making decisions, documenting progress, and resolving issues quickly and collaboratively. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree. • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity, with hands-on M&A experience. • M&A and Corporate Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, and corporate finance principles. • Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling and valuation) and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel charting). • Language Skills: Spanish or Mandarin speaker is a plus. Working Conditions Office environment. Travel required as needed, expected less than 30% of the time. Able to work non-traditional work hours when required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time. High stress tolerance and ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects within defined timelines.
