Operator / Inspector for PCB Assemblies

Star Engineering Inc is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operator/Inspector for PCB assemblies to join our team.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic assemblies.

Minimum 5 years (combined) experience in manufacturing SMT areas, operating:

1. pick-and-place machines
2. reflow ovens,
3. screen printers,
4. 2/3D AOI In process and Final Inspections
5. Repair/Rework/Soldering

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following additional responsibilities and skills:

• Experience in programming and operating automated optical inspection (AOI) machines
• Knowledge of IPC standards for PCB assembly and inspection
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCB assemblies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in training and mentoring junior operators/inspectors
