In this role, you will be responsible for achieving new business sales targets, expansion of sales to existing customers, and successfully managing all aspects of customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities: Achieve agreed annual sales/new business targets. Maintain active and effective networking relationships within OEM organizations to identify business growth opportunities. Develop on-time, accurate, and complete quote packages with assistance from support teams within JAC Products. Effectively negotiate sales contracts to achieve JAC financial targets, ensure market competitiveness, and represent good value to the customer. Responsible for leading the overall customer relationship and ensuring the successful resolution of commercial issues – either directly as appropriate, or through JAC Products teammates. Negotiate Engineering & Design Projects for customers on a project basis as requested. Schedule and conduct Business Review Visits (at the Customer site and/or JAC Products site) and related presentations. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling and recordkeeping. Track and report key performance indicators for sales and marketing efforts. Skills/Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication skills Extremely detail oriented. Analytical and project management skills Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.); familiarity with CRM software desired. Enthusiasm for sales and marketing Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related functional areas preferred. 10 years of Automotive Account/Sales Management, preferred Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. Experience in managing new business development campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve sales objectives. Successful experience in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating the preparation/costing of new product quotes.
