A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their national real estate practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal services in a range of complex transactions, support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing activities, and contribute to the firm's commitment to professional development. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide efficient legal services both independently and as part of a team, quickly integrating into the firm's national real estate practice. Represent sophisticated clients, including owners and operators of commercial real estate, in various capacities such as borrower, buyer, seller, and landlord. Manage the full life-cycle of real estate transactions, including reviewing and commenting on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements. Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions, ensuring the highest quality of client service. Draft, negotiate, and review complex real estate documents and agreements. Collaborate with clients, investors, and colleagues to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transactions. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide informed legal advice. Requirements: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar. 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions. Experience representing clients as borrower, buyer, seller, and landlord in commercial real estate matters. Familiarity with the full life-cycle of real estate transactions and ability to review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements. Education: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism when working and engaging with clients and investors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team settings and work independently. Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex real estate documents.
