Duties
Assist developers, owners, investors, and lenders in various real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate key transactional documents, including joint ventures, LLC agreements, leases, and financing arrangements. Provide legal counsel in complex real estate development and investment matters. Collaborate with a team on intricate legal issues while managing independent responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions. Requirements
A minimum of two years of significant experience in real estate transactions. Practical knowledge of loans, joint ventures, leasing agreements, and LLC structures. Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced legal environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Certifications
Active admission to the California Bar or eligibility to gain admission promptly. Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrative writing ability with attention to detail. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Prior business experience in commercial real estate is highly advantageous.
