Salary:
$130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage large-scale commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, lease agreements, and financial arrangements. Draft and negotiate complex legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing contracts. Conduct thorough due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely closings of deals. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Resolve any legal disputes that arise during the transaction process efficiently and effectively. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida State Bar with good standing. A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large-scale real estate transactions. Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex legal documents. Strong understanding of real estate law, finance, and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a full-service law firm environment. Experience in handling commercial real estate transactions in Florida specifically. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a legal team. Track record of successful client relationship management. Advanced certifications or continued education in real estate law or related fields. Skills: Legal analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for client and courtroom interactions. Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to negotiation.
