As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will be an integral part of our legal team, contributing to complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing across various property types. $145,000.00 - $294,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and execute all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate critical documents such as purchase and sale agreements and loan documents. Perform comprehensive title and survey reviews. Coordinate and manage closing processes, ensuring all legal requirements are met and client objectives are achieved. Provide strategic advice and legal consultation to regional and national clients. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam. At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate development and acquisitions at a mid-size or large law firm. Proven ability to draft complex legal documents and manage substantial closing transactions. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading transactional teams and mentoring junior associates. Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of complex transactions independently. Strong client relations skills and the ability to develop long-term client partnerships. Skills: Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of real estate transactions. Strong legal analysis skills. Effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
