Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney We are a prestigious law firm based in Florida, renowned for our expertise in commercial real estate finance. We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual committed to achieving excellence and capable of managing complex transactions for both lenders and borrowers. This role requires direct client interactions, providing an opportunity to work on strategic leverage transactions, preferred equity structures, and joint ventures. Salary:

Dependent on Experience per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on both lender and borrower sides. Handle all aspects of leverage transactions and structure finance deals. Negotiate and draft complex legal documents related to joint ventures and preferred equity investments. Provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients on various commercial real estate matters. Maintain client relationships and manage individual caseloads with high degree of autonomy. Collaborate with partners and associates to discuss client issues and develop legal strategies. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar. Strong experience in commercial real estate finance, including handling lender and borrower side transactions. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leverage transactions and structured finance deals. Knowledge of joint ventures, preferred equity, and complex partnership structures. Prior experience in a senior role within a law firm focused on commercial real estate. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills. Effective interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong leadership and client management skills. High level of initiative and motivation to ensure client satisfaction.
