Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor check-in and badge issuance.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
