We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Creve Coeur, Missouri. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a variety of areas including customer service, time management, and communication. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize the ADP - Financial Services system to manage and track client accounts
• Conduct and manage conference calls using Cisco Webex Meetings
• Use Concur for efficient travel and expense management
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Monitor and manage employee time records using the Kronos Timekeeping System
• Use the 'About Time' software for efficient time management
• Manage and organize the executive's calendar to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Conduct conference calls and meetings as needed
• Manage and respond to all business correspondence promptly and professionally.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for effective remote communication
• Familiarity with Concur for efficient travel and expense management
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate tracking of work hours
• Proficiency in using About Time for project management and resource planning
• Excellent skills in Calendar Management to organize and schedule appointments effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls
• Ability to manage detail oriented correspondence effectively.
