We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our department, with responsibilities including the processing and maintenance of various systems and applications, as well as the resolution of inquiries. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services
• Maintain precise customer credit records to ensure accurate tracking
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Monitor customer accounts to identify and address any issues or discrepancies
• Utilize Cisco Webex Meetings for efficient and effective communication and coordination
• Manage various tasks using Concur, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately
• Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure all information is current and accurate
• Process timekeeping information using the Kronos Timekeeping System
• Coordinate and schedule conference calls, demonstrating excellent calendar management skills
• Draft and manage correspondence as needed, demonstrating strong written communication skills.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication
• Familiarity with Concur for expense management
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience in using Kronos Timekeeping System for employee time tracking
• Ability to use About Time software for project management
• Excellent calendar management skills to organize executive schedules
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and information dissemination
• Experience in managing conference calls to ensure smooth business operations
• Ability to handle correspondence professionally and promptly.
