Job Summary:
Webinar Demo Account is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position with a focus on managing office operations and providing support to our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office. As a management role, you will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of administrative staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Office Manager position at Webinar Demo Account offers a competitive hourly pay of $17 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
• Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses
• Supervise and support administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration
• Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits
• Other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or similar role
• Proven experience in effectively managing administrative staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
