A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with a focus on emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate transactional law, specializing in matters related to digital assets, finance, and intellectual property. Duties: Advise clients on legal matters involving blockchain technology, digital assets, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including intellectual property licensing agreements, lending transactions, and merger and acquisition deals. Provide legal counsel on finance-related matters, including the characterization and regulation of digital assets. Assist clients in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory issues related to new technologies. Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for corporate transactions. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience as a Corporate Transactional Attorney, preferably with the majority of time spent at a single law firm. A strong background in new technologies with a focus on blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Experience with finance, digital asset regulation, mergers and acquisitions, lending transactions, and intellectual property licensing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues. Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school. A solid academic record demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Certifications: Admission to practice law in the state of California. Skills: Expertise in blockchain technology, NFTs, and digital asset-related matters. Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Knowledge of finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience: 2-4 years of relevant corporate transactional experience, with a preference for those who have spent at least 30 months at one firm.
