Join our team and enjoy our generous employee benefits!Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Service Desk Support Technician to support their team in a remote role. The ideal candidate is preferably located in the CST or EST time zones. They should also be able to work between the hours of 7am to 4pm EST with the flexibility to work some OT as requested. This role will be through till July of 2025.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience with Service Desk support

Prior experience working on a Service Desk as an agent supporting both Hardware / Software for Dell and / or Lenovo

Solid understanding of computers specializing in Windows 11 or prior OS system migrations

Technical ability to troubleshoot and repair software or system issues, including Windows 11 migration problems

Familiar with the knowledge management lifecycle and the ability to assist in the development, auditing, and creation or maintenance of articles to be used by both technical and non-technical associates

Must be reliable to work remotely from home using own internet access point over the Clients RSA with provided tools and work system
