Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.
• Conducting data entry operations to maintain accurate customer records.
• Utilizing different computer programs and CRM for effective office management.
• Assisting with basic clerical duties including printing and filing.
• Managing emails and ensuring timely responses to all correspondences.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance office productivity and efficiency.• Proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively address queries and concerns
• Experience in handling inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner
