As an Executive Assistant II, you will work closely and effectively to support assigned executives, the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), as well as other leaders inside of the line of business, this will include a broad variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, meetings and conference calls, and completing expense reports. As needed, you will provide back-up administrative support to the Chief Risk Management Officer (CRMO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). You will also be composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. You will represent assigned executives in greeting clients, vendors and other visitors, organize and attend Company dinners and other corporate functions as needed. You will use appropriate judgment and knowledge of Company policies and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters. You will organize and file corporate documents and other records, and administer and process legal and other vendor invoices.

Additionally, the Executive Assistant II is expected to research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the assigned executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. You will determine appropriate course of action, referral, or responses, and provide a bridge for smooth communication between the assigned executives' offices and internal departments by demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. You will work closely and effectively with the assigned executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately. You will successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, correspondence and other tasks. Also, you must prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

As an Executive Assistant II you will provide event management for departments supported, internal and external meetings with vendors or partners, including event logistics, creating agendas as requested, coordination of materials in advance of meetings, and facilitate cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans for directors and senior management. You will attend meetings as requested, and maintain a solid working knowledge of the Company's structure, key personnel, products and services, and policies and procedures. Other tasks include expense report management for leadership. You will assist in the preparation of presentation materials that could include board and/or Investor Relations conferences, including but not limited to call notes for meetings and conferences, and maintaining the schedule/calendar and project list. You are expected to review presentation materials as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

* Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

* 5+ years of progressive experience providing executive administrative support or work experience to support a matrix organization

* Effective organizational and time management skills.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in administrative support.

* Bachelor's degree or related field.

* Prior work experience in technology or banking.

Work Environment:

* Office setting with traditional hours.

* Standing for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

* Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

* Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

* Must be able to work additional hours outside routine business hours to the extent necessary.

* Must be able to travel - estimated at 10-20% of the time.
