Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure efficient office operations, and contribute to a positive workplace environment. This role requires multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
    • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  2. Office Organization:

    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
    • Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

    • Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
    • Ensure records are accurate, organized, and secure.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Provide support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
