Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Office Organization:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure records are accurate, organized, and secure.
Team Collaboration:
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
