We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Tenant Accounting Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28210, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing tenant accounts, processing changes, and maintaining a healthy relationship between the landlord and tenant.

Responsibilities:
• Act as an internal liaison with leasing, property management, regional counsel, and our third part lease administration team
• Handle the review of tenant CAM & real estate tax billings
• Conduct periodic lease notes abstraction
• Take charge of managing tenant vacancies
• Assist internal requests for detailed lease interpretation and any supporting calculations
• Monitor and review the monthly rent roll
• Notify tenants of changes in their rent, CAM, real estate tax, and other changes
• Review late fees prior to assessment and run quarterly statements
• Prepare and provide due diligence documentation as required
• Handle tenant account maintenance, collections, and pursuit
• Manage all tenant discussions and communications
• Be responsible for tenant AR pursuits, documentation, and follow up
• Resolve all disputed charges, including CAM, real estate tax, base rent, utility, and other charges
• Research and apply unapplied cash balances and prepare tenant demand and default notices
• Set up and monitor payment plans, identify and process write-offs
• Identify tenants for legal collections and manage legal collections pursuit liaising with internal and external counsel
• Handle A/R management reporting and establish a healthy and productive relationship between landlord and tenant
• Perform additional duties as assigned.• Proven experience in Property Management Accounting
• Familiarity with Commercial Property Management
• Skills in Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Understanding of Tenant Leases
• Experience in Collecting Payments
• Knowledge of Electronic Payments
• Proficiency in EFT Payments
• Experience in Payment Processing
• Ability to Post Payments
• Familiarity with Posting Payments
• Proficiency in Process Payments
• Experience in Receiving Payments
