Software Engineer III - Full Stack
to join their dynamic team. This role offers a chance to collaborate on cutting-edge data initiatives, contribute to innovative software solutions, and mentor team members while driving impactful business decisions. What You'll Do:
As a
Software Engineer III - Full Stack , you will: Design and Architecture:
Create and evaluate software designs for scalable solutions. Lead discussions, analyze competing requirements, and present trade-offs to the team.
Project Execution:
Identify customer and operational needs, develop actionable business plans, and remove barriers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Collaboration:
Conduct whiteboard sessions, mentor junior programmers, and provide system troubleshooting support.
Continuous Improvement:
Apply up-to-date expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans while supporting learning and adaptability.
Documentation:
Develop training materials and comprehensive documentation for software solutions.
What You'll Bring: Frontend Expertise:
Experience with
React.js
,
Redux Saga ,
GraphQL , and
Cypress Automation .
Backend Knowledge:
Proficiency in
Java/J2EE ,
Spring Boot/REST ,
Kafka ,
Webhooks ,
OAuth , and database systems ( RDBMS ,
NoSQL ).
Microservices & Cloud Platforms:
Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes ,
Docker , and cloud platforms like
GCP
or
Azure .
Data Skills:
Strong understanding of
SQL , data warehousing, and data structures.
DevOps Proficiency:
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and containerization technologies.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to break down product goals into deliverables, address risks proactively, and lead technical discussions with partners.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year.
Bonus eligibility.
Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
Proven ability to mentor developers and drive technical relationships.
