We are extending an opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team in Austin, Texas. In this position, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties such as managing incoming calls, assisting various departments, and maintaining the office's orderliness. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide backup support to the reception and handle visitor traffic.
• Open and scan documents, ensuring they are correctly filed and easily accessible.
• Offer general support to all departments as and when required.
• Handle email correspondence professionally and timely.
• Ensure adequate stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use data entry skills to update and maintain accurate records.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with courtesy and respect
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Skilled in accurate and efficient data entry
• Experience with detail-oriented email correspondence
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation and editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
