• Maintain precise customer credit records.

• Utilize accounting software systems for financial management.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Manage billing functions and check processing.

• Operate QuickBooks for financial tasks.

• Oversee full cycle payroll.

• Administer employee benefits.

• Prepare union reports.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability in executing accounting functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Competency in performing billing functions
• Skilled at check processing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience with full cycle payroll
• Knowledge in benefits administration
• Ability to prepare union reports
