Do you have a high regard for personal accountability and fully understand why integrity, trust, customer focus, and candidate experience are required qualities to display within the Human Resources function?If so, DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you.Job DescriptionRecruiting Coordinator provides superior customer service during the coordination & completion of process steps associated with candidate interviews, the offer process, and the post-acceptance processes. This person will manage the system usage, audit the process, & validate the data from the applicant tracking system. Help to train new users of system and work with the Recruiters to make sure all viable applicants are handled properly.Provide a professional environment with relation to external customersAssist walk-in traffic at the Recruiting CenterAssist candidates with new applicationsMonitor pre-employment screenings and communicate with candidates in processReview and adjudicate completed pre-employment screeningsMaintain tracking documents for seamless transition of duties between coordinator and recruiterProvide backup support to recruiters in verification of employment qualifications, any pre-hire screening requirements, background checks and drug screens.Provide backup support to recruiters in preparation of offer letter and launch/monitor pre-hire paperwork in the system.Assist in building the New Hire Orientation list each week (will add cleared candidates to the list as they have cleared)Meet and greet new hires on 1st day at Recruiting and Training CenterAssist new hires with onboarding documentsAssist in completing I9 and Everify for new hires including completion of new hire recordContact any scheduled candidates who did not attend new hire orientation to rescheduleContact/confirm RSVPs for RC hiring eventsParticipate in job fairs and networking opportunities with the communityPerforms other duties as assigned.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School education, requiredAssociates Degree, preferred1+ years of experience in an administrative role1+ years of experience in a recruiting/ HR environmentOur Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
