The Recruiter will partner with the existing Recruiter and Director, Talent Management & Recruiting to execute Coverys’ recruitment strategy and meet our annual hiring goals. In collaboration with our hiring managers, the Recruiter will direct the employment process throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle including: sourcing, identifying, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing and closing candidates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execute recruitment strategies to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
Partner with hiring managers to assess key job requirements/needs, and advise on recruitment strategy.
Leverage creative solutions to proactively and continuously source candidates, developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.
Build and manage relationships with external staffing vendors, universities and organizations to facilitate recruiting process and to meet hiring goals.
Lead recruitment efforts for companywide temporary staffing needs.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Conduct interviews via phone, video and in-person, document results, and drive hiring process with the hiring manager and interview team.
Lead candidate interview feedback debriefs with managers and interview teams.
Manage relationships with candidates to include communication regarding candidate status, offers, and onboarding; develop and maintain an active applicant pool of qualified candidates for potential/future positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to develop, maintain and update job descriptions as needed.
Identify and recommend best practices and recruiting trends to support recruitment plans and processes.
In collaboration with the Director, Talent Management & Recruiting, serve as functional lead for the Recruiting Module within Workday. Proactively look to make system updates or configuration changes that will improve operations and create greater efficiencies. Make updates to and maintain Recruiting module; research and make recommendations for utilization, develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and educate staff and management on functionality.
Support and contribute to HR department initiatives and goals.
Assist the Director, Talent Management & Recruiting with other talent and performance related activities.
Education, Requirements & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 2-3 years of relevant recruiting experience; previous insurance or information technology related hiring preferred
Knowledge of, and experience with, a web based applicant tracking system; Workday HRIS and Recruiting module highly preferred
Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices
Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, hiring managers and candidates; emphasis on communicating up with frequent status updates
Ability to act quickly and efficiently with high degree of professionalism in a fast paced environment
Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to partner with all levels of hiring managers, providing a consultative approach to our hiring strategy
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and take a candidate focused approach
Strong organizational and time management skills.

alary ra
nge is $68,000 - $92,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including location, skill set, experience, qualifications and education.
