As our Recruiter, your primary mission will be to deploy ingenious strategies to scout and engage top-tier talent across various functions, from Product, Revenue operations, to Sales and Account Management and beyond. Moreover, you'll serve as a trusted Talent Consultant, providing invaluable insights and guidance to our hiring teams on market trends, interviewing best practices, and cutting-edge sourcing strategies. This role isn't just about filling positions; it's about sculpting a workforce that drives our organization's growth and success.What You Will Do
Support our organization’s workforce plans and hiring prioritiesCollaborate closely with hiring managers as a talent consultant to craft tailored sourcing strategies and refine position requirementsElevate our hiring managers' expertise by imparting knowledge on interviewing best practices and innovative sourcing techniquesResearch and identify optimal sourcing channels, companies, and skillsets to engage a diverse talent poolSource both active and passive talent through creative identification and engagement approachesDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, assessing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirementsCommunicate the company’s employee value proposition in a compelling way to attract and close candidatesPartner with hiring managers to guide and facilitate the recruitment process, including providing regular search updates and reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycleEnsure compliance and avoid legal risks by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with hiring managersUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Support projects and initiatives aligned to talent acquisition prioritiesWhat We Need
5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search or staffing environmentPrior experience with sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedExperience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferredEffective communication skills – both interpersonal and writtenDesired Qualifications
Experience working with a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platformPrior experience launching drip marketing campaigns to engage passive talentWhat You'll Need To Succeed
