As a data analyst mid to senior on our Claims Control team, you’ll support the Subrogation Unit through traditional analysis and research and development. You’ll also monitor emerging trends, identify actionable opportunities, and drive the business case for testable propositions. Additionally, you’ll support discretionary projects with methodology ranging from cost-benefit analysis to statistical modeling and clustering to help our business partners understand the health of their business.

Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminologyBasic to Intermediate skills in data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBI)Intermediate to advanced SAS and SQL programming skills, including the ability to create basic programs and edit code written by othersAbility to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environmentIntermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
Compensation
$58,100 - $93,500/year depending on position level and experienceGainshare bonus up to 24% - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
