As a data analyst senior or lead on the Marketing team, you’ll support marketing trends analytics. In this role, you’ll analyze trends across our marketing efforts and tie them back to brand and business outcomes. You’ll build and analyze large datasets, model relationships, identify trends and patterns, create dynamic reporting, and present findings and recommendations to executive-level leadership. Additionally, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with various business areas and data experts to stay up-to-date on relevant industry advancements and uncover performance drivers and opportunity areas stemming from the results.
This is a remote position.
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experienceInstead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experienceInstead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize results into a compelling story to drive action.
Compensation
$77,100 - $124,300/year depending on position level and experienceGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
