As a data analyst in the Specialty Lines Division, you’ll build dashboards and report on current and future underwriting initiatives. Including, preparing Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA’s) for future projects in the underwriting space and conducting various ad hoc analyses. In addition, you’ll focus on division-wide projects and provide analytical support to the Specialty Line Business Leaders.

Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experienceInstead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experienceInstead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsProven technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation using tools such as SAS, Snowflake, R, SQL, Tableau, or equivalentAdvanced skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, v-look-ups, pivot tables, charts and graphingProven ability to network and collaborate across the businessStrong team working abilities
Compensation
$70,100 - $113,200 / year depending on position level and experienceGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings; Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
