We are in search of an energetic, ambitious, and business-savvy Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities to continue driving our growth! We are looking for a polished, articulate, and strategic professional with strong integrity and exceptional follow-up skills. Someone sharp and solutions-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a fully remote position based out of the Houston, TX area, where you will have the support of an all-star, industry-leading recruitment team.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,0000 / year DOE
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and other channelsBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized recruitment solutionsCollaborate with clients to negotiate recruitment agreement terms, and prepare proposals and presentationsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptlyMonitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, offering insights and recommendationsWork closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and enhance client satisfactionKeep accurate records of sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and forecastsRepresent Boutique Recruiting at industry events, conferences, and networking functions with monthly travel often requiredRequirements (MUST HAVES):
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred5+ years of work experience in Business Development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry or similar fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing time sensitive deadlinesExcellent networking and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levelsOutstanding communication and presentation abilities, both in speaking and writingStrategic thinking skills, with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and devising effective sales strategiesA results-oriented attitude, with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales goalsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as SalesforceAbility to travel as necessary (typically 1-3 times per quarter)Benefits:
