Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney focused on Employment Law to join their Practice in Denver, CO. Our client is one of the top Employment Law firms in the US.Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of employment litigation from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.Advise and assist clients with day-to-day employment issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
