Pinnacle is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s SuccessThe Product Manager is responsible for managing the orthobiologics product portfolio, new production development and supporting the sales team. This role is responsible for understanding market and customers’ needs through interaction with Sales team, customers, and market analysis, actively and accurately conveying those needs into product definition, improvement projects and development in collaboration with Research and Development. This role is also responsible for product cycle management and strategy with a goal to grow PTT commercial business and strengthen its position in the market. Specifically, the position will be required to help execute orthobiologics segment brand strategies, maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, support our selling organization, product development and project teams, and provide input on market expansion opportunities for orthobiologics (musculoskeletal tissue) products in the Spine, Sports Medicine, General Orthopedics, Trauma, Dental markets.Dependent upon experience Salary for this position ranges from: $147,000 - $170,000This is a remote position 30% travel required.What You Will DoBecome the owner and internal advocate for the Orthobiologics product portfolio.Create marketing deliverables such as business plans, pricing, product positioning, promotional strategies, life cycle plans and advising on product improvements and new product needs.Responsible for creating and executing marketing plans for new product launches.Develop comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products and analyze PTT product portfolio and regularly report on product usage and internal trends.Responsible for managing relationships within all department leaders and representing Sales & Marketing for development and commercialization activities of new products and technologies for commercial accounts, including customer requirements, development of New Product Commercialization Gate documentation and key product messaging.Develop Sales and Marketing materials to include but not limited to brochures, training manuals, training presentations and other collateral.Analyze and report on a regular basis market trends, sales and competitive information and its effect on the performance of the portfolio.Pursue product line extensions, labeling revisions, pre-clinical & clinical studies and any other activities which would ultimately build the value of the product line.Develop rationale and make recommendations to management on pricing, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, promotion, market research, regulatory, legal and any issue which impacts product responsibility.Identify and propose new projects which will enhance the performance of the product line, broaden the offerings, and maximize the gift of donation.Adheres to the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.Assist and support Director of Marketing and NPD, other employees, teams and sales personnel as necessary.What Qualifications You Will BringBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, required. Master’s in business administration and/or in a related field is preferred.3+ years of demonstrated success and progressive experience in marketing and product management in the medical device, biotech, orthobiologics, allograft or pharmaceutical industry.Experience in the orthobiologics market (Spine, Sports Medicine, General Orthopedics, Trauma and Dental)Strong process orientation in the development of product management processes.Orientation towards delivering on goals and being part of fast-moving, collaborative teamAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with various levels of management and demonstrate the ability to manage differences and needs between multiple stakeholders.Willing and able to travel domestically, up to 25% of the time to respond to the needs of organization.Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.Strong scientific, clinical and market knowledge preferably within the orthobiologics market.How You Will GrowDevelop new market and applications for distribution opportunitiesCreate market database for new products developmentWho You Will Partner WithDaily written and verbal communication with the Director of Marketing and NPD and members of the Sales & Marketing team to ensure duties and projects are understood and executed accordingly, providing routine updates on tasks and projects to Leadership and other key project members.Regular communication with members of cross-functional teams through email, phone calls, video calls to collaborate on projects, process improvements and to provide voice of customer (VOC) when needed.Regular communication with the Research & Development team to collaborate on NPD projects and related development activities to products and processes.Regular Communication and support to Sales Director on all critical initiatives and responsible for executing initiatives when appropriate.Where You Will WorkFull Time position (40 hours or more) based in Arizona or a virtual environment.
