An education network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Tech Support - Level 1 to their growing team.
***This is a great Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Tech Support - Level 1 (Hybrid) will be responsible for:Handling AV Vendor Management, as neededDocumenting all hardware assets, including laptops, iPads, Chromebooks, and MacBooks using serial numbers and other relevant identifiersUtilizing ServiceNow to track inventory and ensure accuracy in reporting.Responding to tickets in a timely manner and provide Level 1 support to usersSupporting the current environment of products such as Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, Cisco, Etc.Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in all dealings with owners and ExecutivesAssisting with other Technology initiatives and projects as neededAssisting with conducting thorough hardware inventory assessments at various locations, including schools and main officePerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:
2+ years of Tech Support experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's DegreePrior experience with Hardware Inventory Management
