Responsibilities
Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing legal counsel.Stay updated on changes in the law and legal trends.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of California.Strong legal research and writing skills.Ability to litigate cases effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Prior experience in legal administrative tasks is a plus.Benefits
