We are seeking an associate with one to three years of experience, focusing on personal injury and elder neglect, with opportunities to conduct depositions and serve as second chair in trials. Competitive salary and other benefits are available.Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.Write legal documents, including briefs, motions, discovery, and memos.Research and analyze legal issues to provide advice and recommendations.Represent clients in court and litigate cases when necessary.Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong research and writing skills.Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Prior experience in legal drafting and litigation is preferred.As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support to our clients.
