Planning Director, APAC .
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESJOB FUNCTION:
Planning process owner in Asia Pacific region, to manage demand planning, material planning, supply planning, S&OP; and lead Asia Pacific revenue (stock availability), cost (write-off management) and cashflow (inventory) objectives.
Supervise the APAC regional planning team and functionally guide the country planning teams.
Lead improvement initiatives to support decision making.
Working collaboratively with APAC SC teams to drive operational excellence, optimization and profitable growth of our APAC business.
DUTIES
Develop and execute APAC Planning and S&OP Strategy.
Develop APAC Planning governance, framework, organization, and competencies, customer-centric culture, and KPIs at the regional and country level.
Be a subject matter expert in Planning and business partner to stakeholders.
Deliver performance metrics for the region with regards to forecast accuracy, OTIF and lead times.
YOUR PROFILESKILLS AND ABILITIES:
More than 15 years' hands-on experience in demand/material/supply planning, regional planning, S&OP, Procurement, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communications, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement S&OP, supply chain, and service strategies, initiatives, and transformation within the organization.
Prior experience in supply chain team management with a Chemical, FMCG, or Distribution MNCs is highly-valued.
Strong analytical skills, and ability to present analyzed information concisely.
EDUCATION LEVEL:
With university degree or above.
