About the Lark APAC Commercial Team

We are responsible for planning and delivering market expansion across APAC. Responsibilities include:

Define sales goals & strategies to deliver ARR targets across new business and renewals.

Enable high-growth in APAC by building a highly efficient and productive sales team.

Recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing sales managers and teams.

Continually assess, clarify, and validate sales strategy and process.

Create a predictable sales model and drive accurate forecasting.

Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and drive efficient customer acquisition.

Work with cross-functional departments to ensure messaging alignment and operational coordination.

Create trusted CXO relationships and develop a deep understanding of needs with strategic clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

15 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS / hi-tech / digital transformation.

5+ years experience in sales leadership roles. Senior level experience in high-growth start-ups a strong plus.

Demonstrated modern sales leadership experience with high-growth direct sales and channel partnership teams.

Experience in market entry in South East Asia and in-depth knowledge of various SaaS selling strategies.

Ability to work across multiple cultures with strong leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or above.
