We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to be part of Colorado College’s Finance Team. The Senior Analyst, FP&A works closely with the Associate Vice President, Finance to develop budgets and forecasts across the institution, which has an annual all funds budget of $200 million. This role also prepares and analyses monthly results across the campus and provides strategic financial insights to support decision making.What we Offer:

Assist in the development and preparation of the College’s annual budget.Assist in the development of a rolling five year budget planning document.Provide training, assistance and support to senior administrators, department heads, and supervisors as they manage their budgets throughout the year.Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and management reporting. Recommend changes to maximize resource utilization, resolve budgetary challenges, or improve customer service.Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision making.Does this position require driving CC vehicles/being insurable under CC's insurance plan? NoRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or data analytics (or equivalent work experience), plus more than two years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial management.Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in the development and management of operational budgets in an academic environment.Prior use of Banner and Cognos.Expert level Excel skills and experience with Power BI.Applicants are welcome to apply even if you do not meet the preferred qualifications.
