Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory or market segment.Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and product demonstrations.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.Conducted product demonstrations and delivered persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the customer and the company.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a software development outsourcing company.Ability to make bidding documents and quotations.Ability to compose software project contracts (MAS, SLA).Good problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skillsCommercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
