You should thrive under pressure and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and strategyDraft essential legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and correspondencePrepare for and conduct depositionsContribute to mediation and settlement negotiationsOversee the litigation process for complex class action casesRepresent clients in court, including motion arguments, hearings, and trialsQualifications:0-3 years of civil litigation experienceActive and in good standing with the California BarLaw review or journal experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSalary Range:
