The position will conduct state-of-the-art epigenomics and single cell assays using mouse genetic or organoid models to investigate gene regulatory mechanisms related to intestinal health including diet, nutrition, inflammation, regeneration, stem cell biology, and colon cancer. Duties will include mouse genetics models, organoid models, epigenomic and single cell omic data generation. Data analysis, manuscript writing, and presentation will be required.Position Status

Minimum Education and Experience

PhD is required. PhD training is required to successfully complete sophisticated projects.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Will need to think independently as well as work within the group to brainstorm and troubleshoot. Experience with epigenomics-related equipment and data analysis software is required.Pre-employment Screenings
