Position Summary
HIGHLIGHTS
SUNY Geneseo is searching for an Enrollment Marketing and Content Coordinator. This person will report to the Executive Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. This position will support first-year, transfer and graduate enrollment outreach and marketing efforts, to include content generation for special programs and initiatives, such as First-Generation, Red Hook, EOP , partnership/ combined degree programs, IB, STEM Push, etc. Enrollment funnel communication will include prospect, application review, yield and anti-melt.
Content generation will be for all forms of communication, which includes email campaigns, web landing pages, print communications, digital marketing, social media, and other forms of outreach communication.
Targeted audiences to include:
Prospective students, student applicants, admitted students, and enrolled students.
Parents and families of students within the funnel.
Secondary school counselors, education advisors, common-based and college access advisors, IB Coordinators and other educators within K-12.
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree by time of appointment and be highly motivated, creative, flexible, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing environments.
Must demonstrate commitment and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students, faculty, staff, and constituents supporting campus and department missions.
Additional requirements include:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
