They regularly meet with students and ensure that advising, mentoring, class selection, and registration are learning-centered. This leader actively collaborates with the Provost’s Office, Registrar, and other relevant departments on designing and implementing workflows for course registration each semester, policy enforcement, approval processes, and satisfactory progress toward degree completion.A direct report to the Associate Provost for Academic Success, the Director supervises and manages all personnel within the office, including staff hiring, annual evaluations, and yearly performance programs. They serve as a key member of college-wide committees focused on advising, student well-being, interpretation of academic policy, strategic planning, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
