In the year since Vital’s launch, we’ve seen strong initial traction across product-led sales and founder-led sales. We are looking for someone to add firepower to our team and play a key role in driving and executing outbound initiatives.✅

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

Create a great first impression of Vital as the first point of contact for prospects in their buying journeyResearch and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profileContinually generate leads for the top of the sales funnelHelp run bi-weekly experiments to source and qualify outbound leadsTriage and qualify inbound leads from Marketing activitiesManage prospecting work-flowSet up Discovery meetings with the Sales teamReport regularly to Maitham and Simba in Weekly 1:1s and Sales StandupsProvide feedback on market insights to help refine our GTM positioning and playbook????

THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:

Experience working as a Sales Development RepresentativeExposure to B2B SaaS, startups, healthtech or healthcare is a big bonusComfortable using No-Code Tools like Make.ioExcellent written and spoken English skillsEmpathetic and curious - you love learning about customers and their problemsData-oriented curiosityCreative and proactive - eager to learn and apply new ways to engage prospectsPrior experience with CRMs used to manage the sales pipelineSelf-driven personality with a “hands-on” approachThrive in a high-growth startup environment????
