We are currently seeking a Director, B2B Display Sales, Retail. The Director, Sales will be responsible for the development, nurturing and ongoing relationship and account management of key Enterprise Accounts required based on customer needs and Enterprise Display requirements. This position reports to the Executive Director of Sales, within SEA. Responsible for owning the customer account management and support including initial sales efforts so as to maintain long term, trusted partner relationships and to execute successfully against plans to grow sales, revenues and expand enterprise customer relationships. Set and achieve customer-specific targets and other mutually established metrics with Executive Director, Sales. Implement a customer account management vision, execution, and measurement plan to support meeting/exceeding, quarter, annual and longer-term financial goals established for strategic accounts.Role and Responsibilities

Customer account management with core focus to grow sales to meet/exceed quota.Proactive identification of opportunities within existing and new accounts to drive net new sales revenue on a consistent, incremental basis.Nurture and expand trusted partner/channel relationships with the goal of generating and closing new business opportunities on a consistent, incremental basis.Manage and inspire a team of remote sales professionals to meet sales goals and established KPI’s.Ability to present to the C-level and be able to utilize Microsoft Standard Office Suite to convey complex thoughts and ideas.Developing, directing, and negotiating end customer sales agreements at the corporate level on behalf of Samsung.Conducting corporate client business meetings with customer leadership to pursue new profitable business opportunities and develop new addressable markets.Providing ongoing communications and negotiations with existing customers to ensure satisfactory performance while identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and developing new business opportunities.Representing Samsung as a sales leader at industry venues and events.Identifying and developing new business opportunities and business relationships directly with enterprise companies resulting in achievement of increased revenue and profitability.Identifying and directing the most effective application of Samsung end user sales activities in cooperation with available resources.Developing and retaining a high quality workforce.Directing the preparation of reports and management analysis, making presentations to market, establishing business plans, and reporting on the performance of the assigned business division against plan.Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Education:Proven track record of success selling complex hardware and services solutions.The ability to see and clearly communicate the revenue game plan across all functions.An innate ability to commit to short-term results while forecasting future revenue, and able to be held accountable for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.15+ years of sales and leadership experience; extensive B2B experience, specifically in commercial display, smart signage, or LED products preferred.Success record at leading cross functional a customer business team.A strong technical foundation is considered a plus.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as managerial and critical problem solving skills. They will be market savvy and comfortable in a multi-tasking environment.
