If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.Holds conferences and negotiates issues with taxpayers/representatives to resolve tax disputes in a fair and impartial manner.Advises and coaches team members regarding their team assignments.Communicates and fosters dialogue with peers, customers, and partners.RequirementsTelework Eligible Positions:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.OR

One year of graduate education in a related field of study.OR

Superior Academic Achievement may be met by having a Bachelor's degree with specific GPA criteria.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service.OR

Master's or equivalent graduate degree.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-11:

Specialized experience for this position includes: One (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-12:
