Lead residentially-based Learning Communities (LCs) in support of the Department of Residential Life’s vision and strategic objectives. Manage academic integration efforts across campus within an overarching strategic vision of providing an exceptional student experience that is welcoming and inclusive of all residents. Oversee academic collaboration efforts with LCs and lead the Learning Communities Team. Support departmental initiatives including Restorative Practices, Intercultural Competence and Social Justice, and delivering a meaningful residential student experience. Work closely with the Executive Director of Residential Life to ensure that LCs align with established learning outcomes and deliver a meaningful student experience. Instill respect and foster a sense of community that creates, promotes, and supports a socially just residential environment.Minimum Qualifications:Master’s degree in student affairs administration, higher education, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential education, curriculum development, and student support.3-5 years of supervisory experience.Collaborative, student-centered, and self-motivated leader with exceptional communication, writing, administrative, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Knowledge of best practices related to living and learning programs and services designed to promote student success.Commitment to diversity, social justice, and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and other commonly used office software.Desirable Qualifications:Knowledge of student development theory and current trends/best practices for engaging students within a residential curriculum.Experience working with databases and data gathering, analyses and interpretation related to trends and issues in living learning communities and/or higher education.Anticipated Pay Range:

$80,000-$100,000Other Information:

6-month probationary period. Special Conditions may include occasional evening and/or weekends required, background check required for this position.FLSA:
