Manage cases from inception to completion.Maintain strong client relationships.Draft persuasive motions and confidently present arguments in court.Skillfully conduct and defend depositions.Successfully take cases to trial.Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in civil litigation (clerking after Bar admission will be considered).WA Bar admission.Valid license to practice law in California, with experience in Washington or New York being a valuable addition.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active Bar membership in Washington and California.Skills:
Strong interest in complex plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.Passion for advocating on behalf of survivors of childhood sexual abuse.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional research and writing abilities.Experience:
3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.Job Location:
