Relocation assistance is available.About the RoleYou will design a compliance monitoring and transparency program designed to provide maximum insights on business integrity and compliance, including implementing an analytics approach to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Leadership Team to embed and foster an ethical mindset and culture by designing, implementing, and continuously improving an effective compliance program across UCB. You'll provide support and leadership to business partners for company-wide initiatives impacting ethics and compliance culture and practices.Who You'll Work WithInternally, you'll work with Ethics and Compliance team members IT, Learning & Development, and Global Internal Audit Teams. Externally, you'll partner ethics and compliance industry groups and associated vendors.What You'll DoProvide direct and indirect leadership for assigned ethics and compliance staffEnsure aligned priorities, strategies and approaches across ethics and compliance groups and geographiesProvide ongoing management and development of staffDesign ethics and compliance data generation and analytics strategies and toolsLead collection and processing of ethics and compliance related data to derive and report metrics and insightsCoordinate detection activities through centralized monitoring, analytics and investigationsInterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skillsBachelors Degree, Masters PreferredProject management experience with an ability to manage large volumes of work is requiredManagement level healthcare regulatory and/or consulting experience of at least 10 years is requiredKnowledge of global healthcare regulatory standardsUnderstanding of global business integrity topicsDiscreet and able to protect confidential information and transparency/disclosure obligationsProven experience with data analytics (including metrics and reporting) and data technologiesProven experience for managing compliance auditors/monitors and investigationsThis position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200-$232,575 per year.
