This role focuses on bookkeeping and accounting and includes office administration, vendor management, and some HR duties. The Office Manager will ensure maximum productivity and expense control, supporting attorneys and managing various office functions.Key Responsibilities:

Administer billing, collections, and client paymentsMaintain general ledger, accounts receivable\/payable, cash flowPrepare financial reports with outside accountantManage accounts receivable and collectionsPrepare and update budgets and financial reportsEnsure daily bank deposits and manage expense reimbursementsVendor account management and accounts payableOffice Administration:

Update office policies and proceduresManage landlord, vendor, and supplier relationshipsEnsure cost-effectiveness and manage expensesTroubleshoot IT issues with vendorsOversee document management system (NetDocuments)Handle supply inventory and purchasingQualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a law firmStrong time management, multitasking, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProfessional demeanor and attention to detailBachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience*This role is fully onesite in Minneapolis Minnesota
