Job Description

Kearney & Company is currently seeking an expert in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to work with our team at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The successful candidate will serve as a key member on the Development team and interact with other Integrated Processing Teams (IPT's) in support of the development of the DEAMS solution. The candidate will provide automation related business development assistance, and through continuous and relentless improvement throughout the iterative software development cycles, test and deliver customer-focused automations.

Additional Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced automation processes using RPA tools such as UiPath and PowerAutomateAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiencyMaintain and improve existing automation systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other IT systemsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team membersStay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and methodologiesConduct data analytics to measure automation impacts and identify improvement opportunitiesLeverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies and packages for intelligent automation processes

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in RPA developmentProven experience with UiPathSolid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solutionStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT field preferredUiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer ProfessionalExperience with coding and analyzing Visual Basic (VBA) Macros for converting to RPAExperience in data analytics is highly desirableProven experience with other RPA tools like PowerAutomate, or similarKCO1701#LI-MA1

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
